We have just returned from a 2 night stay on the the third floor of this amazing Hotel. It is like stepping into Victoriana but with 21st century luxury. We were ushered into the drawing room by a member of the family and shown everything we might need. As we stepped into our 3rd floor room, the 'wow's were only... more

Ended up staying here by mistake. We had booked in to a suite room at the Quay hotel for the bank holiday weekend. On arrival, we were informed that we had booked in for the next evening and there were no rooms free for us. Despite their error, they managed to find us a room at the Obsourne - and... more

Have just returned from a one-night stay at this wonderful hotel. All the other reviews say it all really (yes we read them before we booked!) and I'm really lost for words, but can honestly say that staying here has been one of the best hotel experinces ever for us. One reviewer thought that the continental breakfast served in the... more

This is a superb quality hotel, only a small number of rooms all suites,we were on the 1st floor suite, which had great views of the sea, through a big bay window. The bed was massive and so comfy, bathroom big and very well appointed. Great modern gas fire for the winter months, and sofa and dining table for breakfast. Restaraunt was very nice, great food... more

This hotel is a truly magical little hotel in the coastal town of Llandudno. Each of the 8 rooms is a suite, comprising bedroom, living room with fire place and a generous bath room. The suites and the whole hotel is packed with antiques, without losing the modern and eclectic design of the interior. The hotel has a trendy bar... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were getting married in Llandudno. We stayed in Suite 102 (Victoria) and it was stunning and huge (big enough for two!). The room had a lovely comfortable white sofa, large TV, table & chairs near the window which overlooked the sea. The gas fire was a plus... more

I loved this hotel - but why it is placed on the Conwy page when it's actually in Llandudno is baffling. We booked for one night to have a romantic getaway for my birthday. It was a last minute decision to go away and we didn't want to travel too far. I love Llandudno, it is a very pretty Victorian... more

•Showing signs of wear & tear – particularly bathrooms (saw this in three of the six rooms they have) •Good position on the front of Llandudno •Nice large Bedrooms – cheaper second floor rooms probably the best value •Lounge/bar area poor for residents as doubles up for non-resident diners, has very limited seating & can get very busy (smoking also... more
