We spent one night at the Ramada Plaza in March 2008. The desk staff were polite and helpful, the room and bathroom clean and facilities good (the room had a mini bar and safe, for example). my family stayed at the ramada plaza for new years eve the whole experience was fantastic the rooms were very modern and spotless we had the gala tribute act and a piper at midnight followed by a disco the meal was excellent and a very nice breakfast the next day just a word about claire who looked after our booking... more

Good but not good enough. The room was excellent and the restaurant was very good but the hotel seems to be penny pinching. We were not told about the executive lounge despite paying for an executive room, when we found it it was closed, lights off and no snacks as indicated in the brochure. We stayed here last Sat night for a family get together. Very impressed with the helpful staff and clean rooms. Evening meal was very good with plenty of choice, as was breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. more
