I booked this guesthouse for a female colleague who had travelled from Cork. On booking, it was not explained that no one would be admitted after 9 pm. When my colleague arrived at 10 pm she was verbally abused and did not gain admission, she was left by herself, at night, in the rain, in a strange city. The credit... more

5-6pm was their booking in time, at 6.30 when they failed to show Geraldine contacted them to find out what was happening she also warned them twice that we close at 9pm, and would not allow anyone onto the premises after that, they give us assurance that the person would arrive before 9pm, Geraldine waited until 10pm, 5 hour’s after...

The Malone Guest house took my party of 6 people on very short notice. They were easy to book (by email contact), friendly during our stay, the food was good, and my experience was top-notch in every way. They are in a lovely area just outside the main city center with an easy walk to town and I would very... more

they took us in when we did not have anywhere to stay due to other hotel being very very poor. Showed us round the very clean, cosy room before paying for it. Value for money was great as breakfast was the best ever!!!!!!we also enjoyed listening to the radio whilst eating breakfast as it gave us weather report, news and... more

We chose this place because its price seemed reasonable and it's located along a bus route, for convenient access to downtown Belfast. This proved less helpful than it sounds, as the buses stopped running in the early evening. The rooms were nicely appointed, but oddly laid out, and ours had not been cleaned well before our arrival. Breakfast food was... more

lets deal with this persons comments one by one 1 the comment about the bus service is simply not true the last bus into belfast city centre is 10 pm the last bus from the city centre is 11 pm certainly not early evening. the bus stops are right outside our door. 2 the rooms are cleaned to a very...

This VERY nice B&B is conveniently located in a quiet area of Belfast. The full English breakfast was marvelous. The only downside was that recent construction and less than adequate directions on their web site made it a nightmare to find. Do not take this lightly; lock in directions. They are on the corner where Adelaide Park forms a T... more

We traveled with a large group and we brought our four kids. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was so sweet! For breakfast they cooked the kids anything they wanted! We loved the rooms also. It did not feel like a hotel but a home. Transportation was so easy because there was a bus stop right outside and our... more

We found this bed & breakfast on the internet and booked via email. Their quick and courteous responses make us feel welcome before we ever arrived. The rooms were lovely, the food delicious and plentiful, and the owner/hosts became friends. We laughed together about how much luggage Americans bring when they come, we sat in the parlor and visited about... more

Through the Belfast Tourist Office, I booked a party of four to stay in this guesthouse. The Tourist Office did its job perfectly, sending me a confirmation email and charging me 10% of the total cost. The Guesthouse on the other hand was ineffectual in its booking system and booked us in for the incorrect night. When the error became... more
