Have stayed in this place a number of times over the years, usually a last minute decision and have the number on my mobile. The owner big kevin is a real character and a decent spud. The rooms are small but imo the ensuites more than compensates. Rates are reasonable and the breakfasts are good. Towels, shampoo and shower gel.... more

This B&B in no way is near the write-up, | would caution any visitor who is not familiar with the area to not stay at this accommodation. It is in an area that is not safe and the accommodations do not live up to their write-up. I would never recommend this to anyone. more

I stayed in this B&B over a half-term break spent doing research in Belfast. It worked out perfectly for my purposes!
