Stayed four nights at the Scores and couldn't have had a better location or service...rooms were average but roomy and clean....problem was the hotel is dark and kind of gloomy...the dining room however is great and breakfast offers a large variety...also they have a computer for internet use free and free parking which is a definite bonus..head to Dunvegans around... more

Hotel is in a nice location, however that is where the pleasance ends. We had a wonderful stay at the Scores Hotel. We were in a magnificent bedroom, very large, with fantastic views and a very spacious bathroom. A lovely sitting area in the bedroom was an extra we didn't expect. Stayed here in May 2004. The hotel and restaurant were perfectly enjoyable for a golf vacation. Reasonable price, decent service and close to the old course, the R&A musuem and Autcherlonies. Recommend for anyone who doesn't need US-style pampering. more
