Excellent hotel!! Im a regular visitor to this hotel and i must say under the new management there is such a difference. The bedrooms are undergoing a refurbishment but most importantly the customer service speaks for itself. This was my second time a the Crowwood Hotel and i've got to say what a difference. When it was a premier inn it was quite obviously forgotten about.
