Hotel was expensive as most good hotels are in Europe but the staff more then made up for it. I booked directly with hotel. On the phone I asked about pool when open etc..I insisted I was traveling with 6 yrs girl. When we arrived in hotel, we discovered there are opening hours for children, evening is not open for children!! ...Children till 18 yrs!!!
