Upon checkin the front desk manager was very unhelpful and unpersonal. There were dirty underwear in the hallway. The carpet was filthy. The beds were very worn and you could feel the springs. This hotel was part of our Cosmos Tour stay. Easily the nicest hotel of the bunch. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Everything worked well. The staff were pleasant to deal with.
