Three friends and I stayed at Berkley House in middle of winter. We had two rooms, one was spacious, one was average size. Clean, quiet and secure. Great parking in private lot. I stayed here with my fiance and the room we were in was TINY. We barely had enough room to put our suitcases. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as well - a very hard mattress. While the price was reasonable (around $40 per person for a double room) and the location is good, the hotel itself has seen better days. The walls are very thin and we could clearly hear every word our neighbors spoke throughout the night. In addition, the doors to the hotel rooms stick, so you have to really slam them hard... more
