I booked in advance through LateRooms. The owner was unprofessional. My room was supposed to be a Twin. I checked in and was given a Double instead. I went back down and it took the staff forever to figure out what was happening. The guy at the desk got the woman who I believe to be one of the owners.... more

Have to say this, the hotel have a good location, it's really not to far from CC about 10min, if you are coming from Manchester Airport you have to get train to Picadily Station and than obviously taxi i paid 8 pounds.
