Please avoid this hotel, otherwise you will be sorely disappointed. A group of us booked into a sister hotel of this one, called Citi Mansions. 2 days after we booked they called us to say that they didn't have rooms left, so they offered our group this one. Quickly checked out the description, location, veiwed the photographs and reluctantly agreed.... more

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever been to, beginning with the fact that the hotel was basically a couple of terraced houses knocked together. The customer service was shocking - young assistant on duty, who we caught smoking pot right on the premises! The entire decor was either out of place or ill-fitting. The entire building... more

I've never seen such a damp even under a bridge in Venice! There is absolute Humidity. It's not healthy to stay in such a place. First of all when the water comes down from the roof everything gets wet and this bad for your bones health in general and a danger for the electrical forniture. The heat doesn't work and... more

I booked this hotel nearly two weeks before because of the EUFA cup final in Manchester. I thought at the time how luckly I was to get a hotel. I then proceeded to book airfairs etc. My Husband and daughter then travelled on the 12 May and arrived at the hotel 2230 to be told on entering the reception desk,... more

We stayed at this 'hotel' in early May having booked via the internet. When we got there there was only one young lad running the whole show and he was clearly in no position of authority. He gave us a room in the attic but had to quickly go and get it ready . Half an hour later we were... more

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay in Manchester to break up the journey from the South to Edinburgh. We didnt arrive until 9.30pm, and were met by a vacant expression. We tried to check in but after a 10 minute wait, there didnt seem to be any record of our visit due to the computer being 'down'. We... more

We went to Manchester from Bristol for the weekend, having booked ahead using this site. I am 27 and have stayed in many different types of accomodation and am sick of getting stuffed with the hotel's "make-do-room". The wife and I were very pleased the rooms and buildings ( as it is 2 old victorian semis knocked through) are immaculate,... more

This small hotel/bed and breakfast is a true bargain. I paid just £30.00 for a Friday night stay. That written, be forewarned that the Citi Park Hotel is a bit outside of the city center. For example, I paid £10.00 for a taxi from Manchester's central train station. So, you may end up spending on taxis what you saved on... more

A group of friends and i stayed at the citi park for the manchester pride festival. We booked this via telephone, and on arrival there had been a mistake with the number of rooms booked, however the manager was more than willing to help put this problem right, and gave us half price rooms, reaslising their mistake. The rooms are... more
