The hotel is situated in a safe, quiet area of the city within walking distance of the centre. The hotel itself is fine. I stayed in a single suite which included a private bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchen included a small cooking hob, microwave, sink and fridge. The room was clean and made up daily. I found the kitchen area... more

The hotel is a short walk (around 5 minutes or so) from the Palais de Justice tram stop which then has great connections to the rest of the city. One tram change to a different line will take you to the St Jean station for mainline trains to other towns. It was easy to book trains to Cognac, St Emilion,... more

Small, nice, clean room. Friendly efficient reception. Nice price, OK quiet location, tram easily within walking distance. No air conditioning or fan!!! What does it matter that you have a nice clean room with free wifi if it is 36 degrees centigrade inside and a balmy 20-25 outside. Big doubleglazed window to emphasise the greenhouse effect that wouldn't open more... more

Fantastic budget hotel. Did everthing that we expected. Rooms small but clean. Linen and towels changed daily. Small kitcheneete - adaqute for preparing breakfast, making a hot drink/snack. Within easy reach of town centre and transport links. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definately visit again more

This hotel is simple, inexpensive. It is clean for a simple and inexpensive hotel. My room was on the second floor and any noise in the hall could be heard word for word in my room. The location is a bit out of the way and a 10 minute walk to the tram and the down town shopping and museums.... more

Great choice for a family visit. I wanted a kitchenette and this hotel chain is just the thing. We had a small suite which allowed the kids their own sleeping area, which allows a better night's sleep than you can usually hope for when sharing a hotel room! We truly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They went all out... more

We stayed here for 10 days last month whilst taking a course with Alliance Francaise Bordeaux (special rates for AF students). For the price of E40/night, the accomodation was clean and decent, and represented v.good value. It wasn't too close to trams and buses, like a 5-10min walk, not too bad. The kitchenette was equiped and functional and the room... more

This hotel was great value. It was clean and comfortable, but best of all it had a kitchenette, with fridge and microwave. It was several blocks walk from the city centre and tram stop ion a very quet area. Laundry facilites also on site. Breakfast was good value - buffet style and plenty to eat. We would happily stay here... more

We last stayed here in September 2003, in a 1 bedroom on an upper floor. A perfect place to make a cup of coffee, eat a chocolate tarte and watch it drizzle outside while sitting on the little balcony. The room was clean, furnished sparsely IKEA style, with a comfortable mattress. There is a pool, but it was hard to... more

Stayed April 2005 in this hotel part of a small chain equipped almost as a US efficiency with kitchenette containing two hob rings, microwave, sink, fridge and enough utensils. Accommodation cleanand in above average condition. Hotel seemed to be run entirely by one female member of staff with more than adequate English. Breakfast if needed has to be ordered the... more
