Fantastic budget hotel. Did everthing that we expected. Rooms small but clean. Linen and towels changed daily. Small kitcheneete - adaqute for preparing breakfast, making a hot drink/snack. Within easy reach of town centre and transport links. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definately visit again more

This hotel is simple, inexpensive. It is clean for a simple and inexpensive hotel. My room was on the second floor and any noise in the hall could be heard word for word in my room. The location is a bit out of the way and a 10 minute walk to the tram and the down town shopping and museums.... more

This hotel was great value. It was clean and comfortable, but best of all it had a kitchenette, with fridge and microwave. It was several blocks walk from the city centre and tram stop ion a very quet area. Laundry facilites also on site. Breakfast was good value - buffet style and plenty to eat. A perfect place to make a cup of coffee, eat a chocolate tarte and watch it drizzle outside while sitting on the little balcony. Stayed April 2005 in this hotel part of a small chain equipped almost as a US efficiency with kitchenette containing two hob rings, microwave, sink, fridge and enough utensils.
