Very nice place. Room OK but normaly no smoking room and it was smelling so much cold tobacco. Terrible ! The concierge is quite nice but with poor time of work (impossible to book a restaurant after 9.00 pm !) And the rest of the service is bad, reluctant, disappointing. The hotel seems to be living on the reputation of Biarritz rather than its own, and struggles to justify the prices it charges.
