The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean but the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to say the least. Ok for a night but we went for 3. This hotel is right in the heart of the old town - which is a double edged sword. Ideally located for shops, restaurants, scenic walks etc. but a nightmare if you want a good night's sleep.
