I chose this hotel based upon Trip Advisor reviews, and boy was I duped! Hotel L'address slogan is the "hotel with charme". I believe the slogan the "hotel with smarm" is far more fitting. The location in Tours is great. You rae right in the middle of everything, but very difficult to access. Unfortunately, this is the only good comment... more

My mother and I shared a twin room here for two nights 3/24/08-3/25/08. We both loved the hotel! The staff was very friendly and polite. There is no lift but our room was only one floor up and the stairs were fairly easy to navigate with luggage (not a spiral staircase like many hotels and had a landing half way... more

We had a vry bad experience last month. We had a very noisy room and it was impossible to sleep befor 2:30 am! The room was very cold not more than 15° and in the morning the breakfast room was also very cold, as the girl in charge of breakfast told us that she didn't know how the air conditionning... more

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel L’Adresse to break up a journey from Calais down to Aquitaine. I was surprised how well priced the room was (70 Euro) compared with what you would pay in Britain. The room was very modern, clean and quiet. It had an old opened beamed roof which was a nice bit of character.... more

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful from the beginning when I booked through the website from the US till after I checked out but still needed to leave my bag. The rooms are very clean in a nice modern style, and the bathrooms are very nice. There is no lift but the stairs are... more

Booked this one through venere.com Well, it's nowhere near the train station but it's definitely in a lively area - the Old Town. I was please to find lots of restaurants right on the doorstep. My room was looking right out onto the street so it was quite noisy but you could shut the windows. Downsides were no lift and... more

This hotel fulfilled exactly my requirements for a comfortable, affordable, quiet little hotel in the heart of Old Tours close to all the sights and good restaurants. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. No lift, but this was no problem for me. Will definitely stay here again. more

Stayed at the hotel L'Addresse for a friday to sunday weekend break and loved it. It is a small "boutique" style hotel on a narrow pedestrianised street right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of all the tourist sites and the river Loire, and just round the corner from the Place Plumerau where all the... more

This hotel is in a great location on one of Tours' most animated old streets. It is very quaint, with old beams and a cosy atmosphere. A clean little dining room for breakfast and a helpful staff. The room was fully equipped with soaps, towels, fridge, bath, toilet and TV. At evening there was a little bit of street noise... more
