I really did enjoy my stay at this hotel, but that was mostly because I truely enjoyed everything we did in Paris. The reception staff are very friendly, escpecially the older Turkish Man that works the night shift! The rooms are tiny, but get over it, the building is exceptionally old and has more character than you could shake a... more

When I booked this hotel for my and my boyfriend's 6 night anniversary trip stay I had no expectations other than it was a cheap hotel in a good location. What met us was a wonderful surprise. Some of the loveliest staff I have ever come across (and I've travelled a lot), beautifully decorated reception, lounge and dining room, decent... more

Our room was small and loud. The elevator was particularly loud, and other guests could be heard coming and going regardless of whether they were talking. There are some high points: friendly staff (Very friendly, actually), a quiet, safe neighborhood, proximity to the metro, and cleanliness. I underestimated other reviewers' warnings about size and noise, though. Don't make the same... more

Staff were very helpful at the hotel, really friendly. Very quiet and relaxing hotel. However the room was really small for a 3*, there was only just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was also very tiny. quite a good location, striaght down one lond road for about 20mins, and you were in the centre of paris,... more

The front desk workers were professional and very kind. The breakfast for 11 Euros was ok. The main problem was the room-- it was way too small for 2 adults. You could barely walk around the bed. (Some rooms were bigger, I noticed). Also, I couldn't sleep well at night due to the noise from the neighboring rooms. If I... more

The hotel is a good 25 minute walk to any of the sites in Paris. We were given a room right next to the elevator and listened to the plumbing all night long. (Every toilet flush in the hotel was announced to us.) The hotel lobby is nice but I fear that's where it ends. more

Stayed 3 nights for business travel in Oct. Even tho it says it's a 3 star hotel, really only qualifies for 2 star. Yes, it is Best Western and the deco looks new by Paris' standard. But room is still small and there is no bathtub. Staff not very helpful with okay attitude. Internet in room has poor instruction and... more

My wife and I have just returned from a marvelous 4 day trip to Paris. This was not our first stay in the city, and chose this hotel mainly on it's location, close proximity to the metro and from past experiences of Best Western hotels. The hotel is situated in a quiet street close to the Rome metro and beside... more

We stayed in the suite - 2 rooms one with twin beds and one with double. This cost about 135 euros per night The carpets had recently been replaced and were therefore very clean. The rooms were of an average size, adequately maintained, The bathroom was clean and tidy - not that modern but ok with shower. The location is... more
