We arrived at Orly airport at 5pm and phoned the hotel to ask for the courtesy bus to collect us. A very abrupt and unhelpful gentleman told us to wait by Gate F. 45 mins later the bus arrived, despite us calling twice more to find out what was the delay. The hotel itself is ugly and in the middle... more
