I`ve been there with my 2 girls, (7 and 13) and they loved it. The house is warm, cozy, beautifully furnished. Full of small, lovely details. We used Calvisson as a base for a 3 days stay in provence, we visited arles, the camargue, st remy... but you need a car to stay there. The village is cute, quiet, incredibly... more

We booked our triple room directly through the bed and breakfast's website. Our triple was 70 Euros per night. Wood beam ceilings. Smooth stone floors. Exquisite antique furniture. Chez Burckel is a wonderful bed and breakfast in Calvisson near Nimes. The hotel is beautiful and well-renovated and decorated. the hosts are friendly and serve a nice dinner in the evenings upon request. parking is easy.
