Arrived at the hotel and they denied all knowledge of the booking which had been made a month earlier. They had spare rooms anyway so we were able to check in. I had read a couple of reviews before booking this hotel, and could only find it listed on venere.com, so finally 'bit the bullet' and took it. This was a lovely, above average, simple, family run hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was great with a lovely ensuite & French telly, hotel centrally located yet in a little quiet street off the main road.
