We stayed here for 5 nights in July and had a fabulous time. The hotel overlooks the sea and has its own pier and beach. The hotel is old and has retained some of its art-deco period fittings and features. The rooms were spacious enough and had air-conditioning which we really needed. Lunch was delicious as were the drinks etc... more

We stayed at the Belles Rives for three nights in the middle of June. There was four of us, my husband and I had a Classic Cap Side Room with no seaview. The room was small but we spent such a limited amount of time in the room it didn't actually matter. Our friends had a Deluxe Sea View Room... more

Stayed there for 4 days with our 2 small kids and other family. Really enjoyed the hotel, location is very good, service as well, the rooms were very good if not huge. The only negative not so much the price for rooms but for everything else, bkfast, extra bed for kids at over 50 euros a night...but would probably go... more

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2007 and enjoyed the stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated but small. The Hotel is decorated in an Art Deco style which I really liked and is close to the beach which is handy. The downside of staying here is that everyting is extra such as 25 Euro's per lounger per day and... more

Whilst we had a front room with sea view the room was small and terrace hardly large enough to stand up on let alone sit on. Best to try to check out the best rooms before you book, if possible. Views from the hotel's terrace are superb and also from the front bedrooms. Food and wine about right for the... more

Beautifully decorated, art deco, relaxing, soothing hotel in a wonderful location. Just by the Cap d'Antibes, quiet enough to relax away from the summer crowds, but just next to Juan Les Pins which is a buzzing spot. The restaurant is on the sea, literally. And the view is stunning, yachts sailing past. The service is polite, and impeccable, as was... more

After a busy year at work it was time to take a small break. I like the south of France and i often stay there. This year we wanted to try a 4 star hotel, on the beach front. This hotel was very nice, with a real history to it. Our long week end went well, and we were glad... more

A good quality hotel with excellent service and very friendly staff. Like everyone else, we found the location and view to be fantastic. Probably one of the most beautiful terrace of the french riviera. The room was tastefully furnished and showed a high standard of cleanliness. We can't wait to return! more

We have stayed at this hotel for several years running, since 2000. We have always enjoyed the view, and the small, family feels of the hotel. This year was a nightmare. After the first night, we knew that something was biting us, but didn't know what. After the second night, we found the remains of bedbugs in our bed. I... more

Tried the hotel out for three turbulent nights around New Years Eve last year. Turbulence was a private matter, but we had a very good time these days before the annual closing, and were able to negotiate an affordable package. Friendly and attentive staff, a very nice breakfeast buffet and a nice location. But is it worth the high season... more
