The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and some had a good sense of humour. Our twin room was on the third floor and consisted of a double bed and a single. We had quadruple glazing and this kept the noise from the busy road out. The view from the balcony was amazing although the balcony was a little small.... more

Just stayed 4 days at the Mercure. Location great and staff really friendly and helpful especially Jacques on reception he was a real character and spoke great English. Have been to the hotel 3 times in Spring, Summer and Fall. The location can't be beat. The service is "french" so to say. Arrogant and snubby. BUT who cares. the location and rooms are adequate, no need for a car, but we had one and parked in the garage that could be walked down to directly from the hotel.... more
