The hotel is located 5-10 mins from the train station and very close to the town centre. We have booked the double rooms for 4 people, located across the main hotel on first floor. Booked a last minute stay in Chamonix just after New Year's, and was scrambling to find a last minute hotel. We arrived completely by chance at the hotel after a long day of travelling. It is a wonderful mix of quirky and chic, wonderful staff, courteous and efficient and friendly. Hotel Hermitge in Chamonix France. Excellent hotel. One of the best ski resort hotels i have stayed in. Rooms are spacious. Loads of room to hang all your clothes. Lovely views of the mountain.
