We recently spent one night here. It was near the train station which was important as we were meeting a member of our party there. The hotel however does leave much to be desired. While it is a Best Western don't let the affiliation fool you. The walls the thin, the breakfast is just about as bad as an American... more

The Best Western Hotel De Verdun is a cramped, depressing hotel in an otherwise good location near the Perrache SNCF train station and central Lyon. The tiny rooms lack air conditioning, which given the absence of ventilation is a fatal flaw. Amusingly, another guest left his/her satisfaction form on the tiny desk, providing a blistering review.
