This property is quite modern. The staff is friendly and is located near lots of smaller shops, a few great restaurants, a movie theater, a great Rewe supermarket and the U-Bahn Station Arabellapark. You are at Marienplatz in about 10 minutes. more

The first impression is the amazingly ugly outside of the hotel. Fortunately that does not continue once inside. Rooms are very nicely done, OK in size and with comfortable bedding. I stayed at this hotel for two nights-on the club level. The view from the top floor is awesome. I didnt spend much time in the club room -other than breakfast which was pretty good. Staying in Munich at the time of the Oktoberfest for reasons other than sampling the beer , The SAB proved to be an excellent option. Far enough away from the 'happy' crowds not be bothered but close enough to access business neccesities.
