Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Location is good, very close to subway and train station. Room and bathroom are just too small. Breakfast is very good. Good budget hotel for its price. The room setting is nice, clean and flowery (flowery carpets!). We got a corner room, so i guess its more spacious than other rooms.
