We were attending a concert in Augsburg and booked the InterCity. It was perfect for what we needed it for-just somewhere to lay our heads for the night. The breakfast was as you would expect in a European hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was nice but at times the staff were a little rude I thought.... more

While the hotel is ok and rooms very clean, it lacks charm (reminding one more of a waiting room in a railway station or a youth hostel than a 4-star hotel). Unfortunately, service/personnel does not compensate for this. E.g. you are forced to decide upon check-in whether you want breakfast or not the next morning and cannot change your mind... more

I checked in at midnight and was supposed to attend a business meeting the very next morning. the clothes were all wrinkled in the bag and not in a condition to wear and when I asked for an iron and a board the reception says 'WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?'
