Loved this hotel. The personel were all fluent in English and very helpful. The room was very up to date and comfortable. Not huge, but large enough. Luxurious bathroom with separate tub and shower. Outstandint breakfast included in our rate. Great location. more

Stayed here last year just the two of us and had a fablous time 5* great staff not stuffy made us feel very special. One of the reasons why there appears to be a difference of opinion regarding the star rating for this hotel is possibly because the hotel is made up of two distinct blocks. The hotel is fairly anonymous from outside. Lobby & bar look very impressive, but a pianist is not to everyones taste! Long narrow corridors and a poorly lit standard room, adequately spacious but very comfortable bed. Furnishings were outdated & looking slightly worn; very poor view.
