We stayed here over Christmas. When we arrived on Christmas Eve there was a Christmas present waiting for us each on our bed! A lovely touch. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel in a good location in Berlin. U bah station within 5 minutes walk allows easy access to the whole city. Hotel bar open through the night which helps as well. Located very close to Checkpoint Charlie and only 15 min walk to Potsdamer Platz. The Checkpoint Charlie metro stop is 5 mins walk away if you don't feel like walking! Transport is excellent. A pleasant hotel not far from the train station although right next to a freeway. It was well run. The rooms were basic but clean with a small but comfortable bed.
