Stayed at the Best Western City Ost from 13th - 16th September. On arrival at the hotel was greeted at reception by polite and courteous english speaking staff. The room whilst small was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would normally expect, mini bar, tv etc... There was no bath just a shower. Breakfast was not the best... more

Love Berlin and was over for a relatives birthday and the Livepool v Hertha pre-season game. This hotel is very good if you are looking for a well priced, comfortable, clean, safe and convenient stay in Berlin. The tube station is right outside the hotel. I'd definately recommend this hotel. more

I was extremely happy with my 2 night stay at this hotel. The worst staff ever!! I'm serious. I was sick and they treat me really bad, not helpfull at all. Rooms are smelly, breakfast is good but no natural fruit. It is not worth it I would have rathered to stay in a youth hostel... Think about it. more

This hotel is very well situated, directly above metro station, so you can get easily to the centre etc. My room was smelling a little bit strange like urine (may be some chemicals?), but otherwise it was clean.
