I’ve never been it such an awful 4* hotel! The room was small and dirty. Dust was on every piece of furniture! The wardrobe bi was so small, that we couldn’t put even our coats :( The shower and closet basin were leaking. No slippers, no bath bath-coat, no soup. It is a great shame that something as basic as giving the rooms a regular spring clean lets this hotel down.
