We stayed here when attending a wedding at the nearby Hannover zoo. The hotel is a good 3 star, a few things let it down: No iron in room, you have to go to an ironing room which is a little inconvenient. The Congress Hotel is fairly basic for a 4 star hotel but is very clean and the staff are excellent. The hotel was very quiet and I think only 20 of the rooms were occupied, therefore there was limted room service and the restaurants were closed, but there are lots of great places to eat in Hannover. We booked two rooms for our family of five in the Congess Hotel Stadpark for a World Cup game we were attending. The hotel was quite full.
