This hotel was truly exceptional -- and I stay in a lot of hotels. The location is great, at least for tourists and appeared to be close to the business district as well. The best aspect of this property was the service, especially the bellmen and lobby staff who were very attentive and helpful. The room service was the quickest I have ever experienced. My husband and I stayed one night to visit the Christmas markets. We had a club king room. The room, though not particularly big, was very well designed and therefore it felt big. Stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic stay. All the usual points for a top class hotel, heated bathroom floor, bathrobes, fruit on arrival, luxurious bed.
