We stayed here for 2 nights in July 07. Location is good - near restaraunts and a pleasant park. Lounge area is a bit ratty and worn, as is the kitchen. I had one very restless night here- never again. The room was very uncomfortable, noisy- loud trams outside window- and although it seemed clean I had lots of tiny,itchy insect bites by morning. The bathrooms were clean. This place is really for the young backpacker. more

This is a great hostel if you don't mind a few quirks - like the room decor. Ours seemed to have a troll theme - the lamp was a paper mache mushroom and the ceiling was painted with roots -as if we were buried underground - it was a bit odd. But the bedding was clean and the front end... more

We stayed 3 nights in a private room with our 12 year old. We had a very spacious room with 3 single beds, table and chairs. No ensuite, but the bathrooms were very clean.
