they really make you feel special in this hotel which is an authentic palace mixed with mostly tasteful and a few tasteless things...what an experience ! rooms are great only thing `i found the breakfast a little disappointing for the price 22 euros-hot choc was poor ,omelette cold,maybe best to skip and go to cafe somewhere more

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Palma, and does not care about staying at a hotel that is on the beach. this is a most wonderful hotel, almost a museum. each room is unique, from the private palors, to the outside decks to the Monet kitchen. they make you feel as if you are a welcome guest in a private home.
