Spent two nights here in August 2004 as part of a "wander" up the northern Spanish coast from Bilbao. La Coruna is a beautiful large town and after finding the hotel at the far end of the promenade, we walked into a place of beauty. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. Stayed at this hotel in July 2004...excellent beach front location...I will keep this short and simple 1..excellent location 2..very efficient staff 3..super bedrooms 4..air con that works 5..excellent bathroom I would rate this hotel 4-5 star...give it a try!! more

I would reccommend getting a room with a view of the beach for $20.00 extra. No need to eat breakfast in the hotel there is a couple of good cafes around. It is nice to stroll along the beach at all times of the day and you are right across the street. All in all it was a fine place...there... more
