The Arosa was in the best location, right off Grand Via! It made shopping and walking to popular tourist sites (Grand Via, Sol, Palace, etc.) very convenient. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and was a step above continental, although I wish the food options would have changed just a bit from day... more

This is in no way a "style" or "boutique" hotel but it has everything you need for a stress-free trip to Madrid. The rooms are very clean and have the essential AC and double glazing (Madrid is loud!). The bathrooms are large and our room had a balcony - good if your other half is a smoker! Staff efficient and... more

This Hotel is in a great location for exploring Madrid, great for couples and small groups on a weekend city break. The hotel is very clean and reasonably priced, the staff helpfull. We explored the city by foot and found our way around very easy from the hotel location just a few steps off Grand Via. Hotel quiet considering it's... more

Central Location, close to atractions and Gran Via Metro Station. Families be carefull, lots of "night workers" around. We payed around 60 euros per night, which was excellent. We booked about 2 months in advance through Ryanair.com and got that price, half of the normal one. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. with big bathroom and minibar. Our room was... more

Myself and five of my friends stayed at the Arosa from April 30th to May 2nd (2 nights). We were in Madrid to celebrate my 40th birthday. We had 3 rooms between us. The rooms were booked through the Hotel Club website. We each paid £70 for the 2 nights which also included breakfast. All 3 rooms looked out onto... more

A good location but not as described on their web site. We were a party of 6 (3 double rooms). Advertised as tea and coffee in rooms but that seemed to be a real problem. Advertised as having an iron and ironing board - non - existent! Lifts - 2 - one takes three, one takes 6 (well really 4).... more

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Madrid. We spent 3 nights at the Best Western Arosa Hotel which is situated just off Gran Via in the centre of Madrid. It's an ideal location for visiting all the attractions that Madrid has to offer, minutes from the Metro, Buses etc. We found the staff very friendly and helpful... more

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The front desk was mad I had brought my own computer. Gave me a room over looking a roof, which was full of pigeons and crap. They tried to charge me for breakfast I never had. When they finally gave me the access numbers to the internet it... more
