I have stayed in this hotel a number of times, ranging from a one night stay to over a week. The hotel is huge, with many identical corridors and landings. The rooms are similarly large and well appointed, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms and all the usual amenities. As this hotel is very much geared towards the business traveller, each... more

This hotel is as exciting as drinking water ,,, no smell, no taste, no odor ... very nice but very «cold» atmosphere. The rooms are nice and large, very quiet, you always have the feeling you are the only customer We selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and it offered a shuttle service. It was our... more

The Hotel Auditorium worked pretty decently for us. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and the primary reason for our choice. Getting into the city center isn't as difficult as others have said, as long as you're willing to remember that you're in a foreign country and perhaps you should try public transportation. There is a bus stop directly in... more

Fourth business trip to Madrid and our office next to the airport. Fourth different hote - the first three hotels I refuse to go back to (High Tech, Melia & NH) as they are dirty, falling down, dumps with Rude staff. The Auditorium is only a dirty dump with Absent staff. The price was OK, a little expensive for what... more

This is a big depressing hotel full of people who do not really want to stay there staffed by people who do not really want to work there. My excuse was that I was participating in a conference in the hotel. Although an airport hotel, it is really in the middle of a grey industrial zone. The airport shuttle is... more

My husband and I went to Spain for the first time on our honeymoon in Oct. 07. We were spending 1 day/night in Madrid before driving down south to the Andalucia region. Our original hotel was Sercotel Hotel Lusso Infantas booked through Orbitz and was right in the city center. While boarding our flight, Orbitz called me and informed me... more

Sent by BA & Iberia. What a souless place! Ate a dull buffet in the corner of a dining room the size of a football pitch. Hotel is full of faded kitsch furniture - but still feels empty- and unless you get a taxi into town, you are trapped - there is nothing else. I rememember walking about half a... more

Ok. You guys need to calm down. I am still in the hotel and am leaving in the morning. I cam in with a very low expectation after reading all the bad reviews. But I'll say that if you are looking for a nice place to stay, then the hotel is excellent. I checked in and came in my room... more
