Writing a review on such a unique property is difficult. We stayed there for 5 nights in June 2008 and I had found it difficult to reconcile all of the previous reviews until I stayed there. I think the problem lies with the geography and history of the Amalfi coast. There is very little land available for accommodation or beaches.... more

My Wife and I had the pleasure of stating at this wonderful hotel on the Amalfi Coast.The Hotel,Staff are worth every euro you spend.The Dinners and Breakfasts along with the staff in the Resturant were wonderful....top notch Waiters,Servers and Captain.The front desk personnel cannot do enough to make your stay pleasurable.All of the hotel staff are refined and customer oriented... more

This was the last stop on our honeymoon and our five nights there were sensational. Firstly it is the most beautiful picturesque hotel we have stayed in. Final honeymoon stop and it was fantastic. We spent ages choosing our hotel in Amalfi and we weren't disappointed. Some of the reviews are right in that the rooms aren't amazing but they are very clean and comfortable and large, decorated in traditional tiles, even if they haven't been updated in some time. We're picky and we had no complaints... more
