Everything was excellent. Nice staff, perfect concierge service and delightfull breakfast every morning. Feel like coming home after a day of adventure. We had the imperial room which is worth the money compared to a standard room. We had a butler that treated us with little snacks every day. One of the best in the world! more

I'm a pretty fussy traveller, and this hotel was everything I expected it to be. Impeccable service, beautiful room and an amazing atmosphere. After a gruelling schedule it was a delight to come "home" to the St Regis Grand and be spoilt and relax. Hotel restaurant and bar both represented exceptional value - nothing was too much trouble and our... more

We booked this hotel through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts Program, and for the price of a standard room (not cheap) we were upgraded to a palatial room with beautiful art and amenities. The included breakfast was excellent, and the main "lobby" surroundings are remarkable. Check out the photos on the hotel's web site. There is an excellent bar for... more

I stayed here in Jun-Jul 2006. The location is amazing and the Hotel is beyond beautiful. The rooms are tiny however they were some of the nicest and well appointed rooms ive ever stayed in without the technology we've been spoiled to such as Plasma TV's. When we stayed there the President of the Philipenes was staying there too so... more

Redeemed 2 rooms for 3 nights each here as part of a family summer holiday in 2007. The hotel upgraded my room. Both were worthy of a grand hotel - beautifully decorated, classically Italian etc. I was actually concerned that my kids would not break something in their room! One disadvantage - apparently there are no twin beds in any... more

We stayed here recently on a honeymoon break to Rome. The Hotel is a really beautiful 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room (imperial suite) we stayed in was like something straight out of a palace. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that it just seemed to lack atmosphere. Granted... more

Overall impression - it is a very pleasant hotel. Hotel - The hotel was recently renovated to show its original decor. We particulary liked the area where the breakfast is served and the ball room. Note the ceilings in both rooms, stairs in the lobby and old elevator (hidden in the back of the hotel). Room - We stayed in... more

The St, Regis Rome represents true class and elegance. It realy was amazing, the decor is beautiful and the service is second to none. The only complaint a tourist might have would be location as it's located near the Piazza de Republica and a good 20 min walk from attractions like the coloseum and the forum. All in all it's... more

We stayed at St. Regis for four nights over New Year holidays for our honeymoon along with our parents. In spite of advance notice, there was no upgrade of the room, which was acceptable given the busy time around that time. What was unacceptable was that they stood our parents up for hours in the middle of the night for... more

We stayed in St. Regis recently. One of the most expensive hotels in Rome. It does not worth the money. We stayed in a deluxe double room. Not different than a standard room in another five star hotel in Italy. Their restaurant and bar were under construction. Our room was also looking at a construction site. But the biggest problem... more
