Giovy is a 5 minutes walk from RomeTermini station - if you are coming in on the train from the airport, exit on the side of the station rather than the main entrance / exit as this will bring you closer to the hotel. The Termini area has been cleaned up considerably since our last visit 7 years ago and... more

Giovy is situated 5 minutes fromTermini in a quiet road lined with a mixture of small hotels, B&Bs and private flats. Although there has been much talk about the dangers of the Termini area we had no cause for concern in the immediate vicinity. It is actually an apartment converted to 6 en suite rooms plus breakfast room. The room... more

What more can you say about Joanna (it is Joanna and not Giovanna - very confusing due to Giovy being the name of B & B)! We were welcomed as family as we went with parents who had stayed last year - she was so glad that we had gone back to "my 'ouse". Dad was even taken out on... more

Every thing positive you read about the Giovy And the proprietor Giovanna is true. Her welcome, service and facilities are all excellent, particularly for the price. When we go back to Rome we will check availability first, if there is no availabilty we will change our dates. We could not have been made more welcome, the rooms were immaculately clean,... more

My wife and I spent 3 nights staying at Giovanna's this month. She greeted us at the door with a smile and offered us food and drink upon arrival at 10 AM. The room was nice - not large, but plenty of room for 2. Giovanna works very hard to serve her guests. You'll get a clean room, good breakfast,... more

We stayed in Giovy B&B for three days and we cannot complaint at all. The price is really cheap if compared to hotels in Rome. The house is very clean and the room is attended daily. The place is not a 5-star hotels but for the price you will find yourself secure and like at home as Giovanna is very... more

We arrived at B&B Givoy late in the evening and got a great welcome from Giovana. The room was a good size and we had a nice bathroom. There was also a fridge was was very usefull and she had a carton of juice and some bottled water inside for our use. The place was very clean and quite so... more

Yes, this place was pretty good. Of course its not five star but by travelling standards, its clean, quite central, the customer service was nice and professional and attentive. We did ask for a quiet room as my companion is a light sleeper but there was a lot of noise, with people coming in and out at night, and in... more

We stayed at Giovy last weekend and have to say that we would certainly return. On arrival we were greeted by Giovanna who was the most friendly and helpful person. She gave us a map and marked down all the best places to visit for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. She recommended a restuarant of a family friend... more

Giovanna was the perfect hostess and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Map, guide book, and even umbrellas (the weather was rainy) were all provided.. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect being near the station and in walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and... more
