Upon arriving at the hotel were told we would have to wait for a room for at least two hours so went off and came back. The room we eventually were allocated made us wish we hadn't bothered returning. Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded without asking. The room was amazing. Spacious, clean, well decorated.
