As we wanted to cut our trip to Rome into half we stayed one night in Milan. We booked the hotel via the hotel website and its Skype-address. We stayed in room 301 on the thirth floor. It is a nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. They offer underground parking (very small entrance). They offer a nice dinner... more

Spent 2 nights here so we could do the sights and take in an AC Milan match at the San Siro stadium. This hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help us book taxis, tourist info etc. We stayed in a pleasant 4 bedded family room which had everything we needed and... more

This is a very nice and confortable 3* hotel in a bad location. The rooms were nice and confortable. Our room was a triple one, and we were amazed to find a very spacious and well-decorated room with 3 very confortable beds (no portable bed). The bathroom was well stuffed and very practicaly arranged. The reception people were warm, welcoming... more

We stayed here in February 2006 during the Olympics. Everything in Torino was booked and Milan was catching the overflow and prices were getting higher. We booked here because it was only 55Euro a night. We had wireless internet access in our room. Plentiful breakfast that consisted of meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt, juice and yummy croisants. Our room was very... more

I spent a weekend in this hotel in Milan. The reason why a chose this hotel was becasuse the friend I was visiting to is living close to the area. That is the reason why I didn't bother not staying in city centre. The hotel is very nice and new. The lift is old, but beside that, no more complaints.... more

I had orginally planned to spend my birthday in Amsterdam, however due to circumstances we ended spending the weekend in Milan, Hotel Residenza. Firstly the direction to the hotel was simple and easy to follow and the hotel location was superb..its located in a quiet area but within easy access to the city centre and its attractions by either buses... more

A nice, small hotel, but a bit too far to make it an easy stay in Milan. The park nearby and the quiet neighborhood made it feel like "going home" after a long day in the library, where I was doing research. My single room was the usual small room, but comfortable. The en suite bathroom was quite nice. An... more

My stay at the Hotel La Residenza was a beautiful experience: small hotel but very cousy ,the staff very polite and kind and friendly atmosphere. The extreme cleanness of the room and of the bathroom have hit me, very important thing for a hotel. The breakfast at buffet was rich and various (there was the embarrassment of the choice!!). In... more

The Hotel is far from the noise of the city, a thing not so easy to find in Milan, but very well connected with the historical centre with public means of transport that run every 5 minutes at only 200 mt far from the Hotel. As I didn’t want to use them because I didn’t know the city well and... more
