Just returned from another week's holiday at the Cristallo (last visited around 5 years ago). We received excellent service from many members of the staff who went that extra mile. We had a fantastic skiing holiday in courmayeur, staying at the Cristallo which is ideally located in the middle of the town. If you are staying with Mark Warner at the Cristallo, be warned that it is staffed entirely by young English seasonal workers.
