We stayed here for three days in mid-September and found the location very convenient to pretty much everything we wanted to do. The owners are available when you first arrive and in the morning during breakfast. They provided helpful recommendations for restaurants where they know tourists are treated honestly. We had a wonderful time in Venice staying at the Residenza degli Angeli! The owners gave us clear instructions for arrival--from airport, take bus to Piazzala Roma.
