We took the water bus Alilaguna from the airport to the hotel it was the second stop at Fondamenta Nove, take a left over the bridge and the hotel is there on your right with a small canopy over the door. Great location, 4 steps from airport taxi to lobby!! Warm and welcoming arrival and cosy (but large) room. The breakfast was excellent. Short walk through a non-touristy area to Rialto and San Marco.
