I decided to book at Locanda San Vio in Dorsudoru due to all wonderful reviews thru Venere. Trust me, it is a quaint and impecable place nearby to Peggy Guggenheim's and Academia. We stayed at Ca San Vio for 5 nights, starting March 17. Our views reflect many of the previous reviews - would add that because this is not a "full service hotel" it may be best for more self-sufficient travelers.
