The Novo Hotel Rossi was clean the room was good and the staff helpful and efficient. Breakfast was great. Reception staff were wonderful, spoke English most helpful. This was a wounderfull hotel. Helpfull staff, a bit walking to get downtown. But wounderfull if you going to use train.
