This is a fantastic hotel in florence - big rooms, wonderful showers and tub (which was great compared to the other hotels in rome and venice) and good breakfast. The staff were ok. Trip Advisor does it again. Based on the reviews we stayed for five nights at this hotel at the start of this month. Love the big rooms and the excellent bathroom and shower.
