Fabulous..we became part of the family during our visit!! Fulvio, Franca, and Kathy were delightful, friendly hosts, and the setting is so romantic. It's a five minute drive out of "downtowntown" San Gimignano, with a lovely pool and fantastic views. Fulvio the owner and his niece Kathia were warm hearted most welcoming and helpful in a small traditional converted vicarage in a beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay at il Vicario. We had difficulty finding it but once we arrived it was lovely. Fulvio welcomed us with a glass of wine,and we relaxed immediately. This agriturismo is rather basic. The breakfast is the worst we had in years, unbelieveable. This is not the easiest place to find, but convenient for visiting San Gimignano. more
