The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious. Our room had a great view of the river with the Alps in the distance. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bern's scenic old town and within walking distance of the train station. This is a fine hotel although a rather expensive one. more

Spent one night at the beautiful Bellevue palace hotel, when we arrived the hotel wasn't full ,so we were upgraded from a double room to a junior suite overlooking the river, truly stunning.
